August is National Hair Loss Awareness Month

August is National Hair Loss Awareness Month. It was started by the American Academy of Dermatology in order to educate those suffering from hair loss on the causes as well as treatments. What’s more, it’s an opportunity to let everyone who is dealing with hair thinning or hair loss know that they are not alone in their issue. Let me repeat: Not. Alone.

In the United States alone, hair loss affects over 80 million men and women.
